We meet at St Andrew's Church each Sunday at 11am during term-time.</p> <p>We are an informal group, having fun finding out the answers to big issues facing young people today. During the worship, children and other members of the congregation brought donations of fresh produce, tinned food and supplies to the front of the church.</p> <p><img alt="" class="media-image attr__typeof__foaf:Image img__fid__238 img__view_mode__media_large attr__format__media_large" height="465.364705882" src="http://www.marksteychurch.org.uk/sites/default/files/styles/large/public/harvest001a.jpg" typeof="foaf:Image" width="349" /></p> <p>This year, the donations will be going to Beacon House &amp; the Colchester Food Bank. Beacon House is a Christian Charity that offers healthcare facilities to those who are homeless, in insecure accommodation, or at high risk of homelessness.</p> <p><span style="line-height: 1.5;">The Harvest Loaf, being held above by members of Soul Bar at St Andrew's, was baked and donated by Julie Briggs. The money they raise helps to preserve some of Britain’s 47,000 churches, chapels and meeting houses which are at risk of falling into serious disrepair.
